Store Policies
Terms of Payment
All orders are paid during checkout with a Visa, Mastercard or American Express card. We do not currently take PayPal or online checks.
Order Returns/Cancellations
Order return/cancellations may be done by contacting us at 800-255-4702 (Monday-Friday; 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST) or e-mailing us at store@bainbridgemfg.com. We may require that the order be shipped back to us before we issue a refund or send replacement product. All refunds will be refunded back to the card used for payment.
Shipping
US
US orders are shipped either by USPS or UPS, depending on the size of product packaging. Orders should arrive within 7-10 business days (or sooner) after being shipped, depending on how far they have to travel. Orders are shipped within 7 business days unless otherwise notified.
Canada
Canadian orders are shipped either by UPS. Orders should arrive within 7-10 business days (or sooner) after being shipped, depending on how far they have to travel. Orders are shipped within 7 business days unless otherwise notified.
Mexico
Mexico orders are shipped either by USPS or FedEx, depending on the size of product packaging. Orders should arrive within 1-2 weeks, depending on how far they have to travel. Orders are shipped within 7 business days unless otherwise notified.
International
International orders are shipped either by USPS or FedEx, depending on the size of product packaging. Orders should arrive within 3-6 weeks , depending on how far they have to travel. Orders are shipped within 7 business days unless otherwise notified. We currently ship to the following countries:

All orders can be rushed, for a $25.00 fee, by cancelling your online order and calling 1-800-255-4702 (Monday-Friday; 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST).

Limited Product Warranty
All parts sold by BMI are warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for a period of (1) year from date of shipment. If the product should fail under normal use and service because of such defect, we will replace it with a new one at no charge, provided the original is returned to our factory for inspection, transportation prepaid within (30) days after the defect is discovered. Our liability under this warranty is expressly limited to replacement of the product without charge, and in no event shall we be liable in any way for consequential, special or incidental damages.
WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANT-ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
